Coating Conditions and Process

1. Clean the workpiece: Wipe the phosphatized workpiece with S08 face wash before spraying, remove film agent and grease on the surface, and keep the surface dust-free and sweat-free.

2. Spray paint:

2.1 Paint thinning: Thin the paint to 15 seconds with thinner (NK-4 cups)

[diluent ratio: oil: diluent = 1:0.8-1 (weight ratio)]

2.2 Filtering of paint: The diluted paint can be used for spraying only after being filtered with a filter screen of no less than 250 mesh.

2.3 Paint spraying conditions:

Spraying air pressure: 4~7Kg

Spray gun diameter (mm): 1.3~1.8

Distance between spray gun and workpiece (cm): 10~20

Construction temperature/humidity (℃/RH): (20~30)/(70~80)

Spray film thickness (μm): 16±2

Drying conditions: The baking temperature is 150±5℃×30MIN.

3. The color and effect of the dry film after installation are based on the attached dry substrate. If the thickness of the spray film changes greatly, the color and effect will be affected.

4. Ensure that the installation environment is dust-free and well ventilated, avoid long-term contact or inhalation, and do not pour paint into drains or sewers to pollute the environment.
