DB-10L Conductive paint series
DB-10L conductive paint is a kind of shielding conductive paint with excellent resistance, which is mainly applied in the shell of electronic products. The conductive paint film can shield electromagnetic radiation, resist electromagnetic wave interference, and have very good conductive effect.
DB-10L conductive paint is made of conductive resin, conductive pigment, filler, additive, solvent and other special polymer materials.
Now it is widely used in the internal spraying of GPS, DVD, laptop, medical machinery and other high-end electronic products.
1.Conductive effect, film test less thanzero point zero two fiveOhm / cm2, the thickness of spraying film shall not be less than 20 microns;
2.Apply conductive paint parameters,Zero point fiveOhm / 20 μ m film thickness / distance 10cm;
3.It is recommended that the film thickness of conductive paint should be 20-25 microns (astmd4138-94).
Ⅴ、Guidelines and materials
1.Mainly used for: ABS, hips, PS, PC and other plastic parts;
2.The surface drying time is 15 minutes, and the drying time is 60 ℃ / 10-15 minutes;
Before use, the conductive paint can be used only when it is fully stirred evenly. After being stirred evenly, the metal particles are evenly dispersed, and the conductive paint film sprayed can achieve the conductive performance.It is better to stir it frequently when using, not less than 5min once, so as to achieve the best conductive effect.The conductive paint products shall be used up as soon as possible after unsealing to avoid long-term storage.Because metal powder is easy to precipitate, but it does not affect the effect of using characteristics after stirring.
During the use of conductive paint, ensure that the working environment is well ventilated, avoid long-term direct contact or inhalation, and do not pour the conductive paint into the water channel or sewer to pollute the environment.
Ⅷ、 Storage, shelf life
The conductive paint shall be stored in a dry indoor environment in a ventilated place for 6 months / 25 ℃ (sealed).
