Description

1. Overview :

4. Construction instructions:

1. The surface of the steel structure substrate should be cleaned of oil, dust, rust and other sundries before construction, and different rust removal standards can be achieved according to the use environment.

2. Stir the component A fully, so that the upper and lower layers of paint are uniform without any sediment or agglomeration.

3. Mixing Component A and component B according to the ratio indicated on the packaging barrel, and pouring component B into component A under stirring, and then fully stirring the two components evenly, adjusting the viscosity with Special thinners thin the paint to working viscosity.

4. The bottom layer is generally painted for 1 to 2 times. The thickness of each brushing must reach more than 80-100 μm. It must be brushed again after the previous one is dried or cured. The number of brushing times and the thickness of the coating should be based on the construction design. The requirements are determined, and the substrate should be fully covered. The total amount of brushing for each pass is 0.15 ~ 0.25kg/㎡.

5. When the design requires the coating surface to be smooth and smooth, the last coating should be smoothed to ensure that the outer surface is even and smooth.

5. Storage:

1. The main paint and thinner should be sealed and stored in a cool place, protected from fire, leakage, sun protection, high temperature, and away from fire sources. The main paint and curing agent must be used up within 4 hours, so as not to affect the effect.

2. Can not be mixed with other brands of paint for construction and use, otherwise there may be adverse consequences or losses. During construction, please do the relevant labor protection. The skin contact paint can be washed with washing powder mixed with water. If you feel unwell, please seek medical help. The construction waste materials must be disposed of in accordance with environmental protection requirements, and do not discard at will.
