1、 Product features:

DB-7G high-temperature anti-corrosion coating has excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, acid resistance, peeling resistance and nitrate stress corrosion resistance under high temperature conditions (300 ℃), which can extend the service life of blast furnace and hot blast furnace.

2、 Scope of application:

It is widely used in the internal and external walls and vaults of blast furnaces and hot blast furnaces in chemical industry, and also in the protection of chimneys, flues, high-temperature hot gas pipes, heat exchangers and other metal surfaces requiring high-temperature corrosion protection.

4、 Construction parameters:

1. Construction conditions: ambient temperature 5 ℃~35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%. Construction is not suitable in rainy, snowy and foggy days.

2. Substrate treatment: sand blasting to Sa2.5, surface roughness 35~70 μ m。

3. Construction method: high-pressure airless spraying, air spraying and roller coating are recommended.

4. Paint ratio: fully mix and mix according to the weight ratio A: B=5:1.

5. Reference dosage: 200~220g/m2 (dry film thickness not less than 20 μ m）。

6. Diluent: special diluent, the dosage shall not exceed 5% of the total weight of the paint.

5、 Safety protection:

1. Before construction, safety education must be carried out for the construction personnel and management personnel.

2. During coating storage, mixing and construction, pay attention to ventilation. Smoking and open fire are strictly prohibited. Fire extinguishing appliances must be equipped. Electrical equipment, lighting fixtures and switches on the construction site should be explosion-proof.

3. The construction personnel shall wear protective equipment. When the skin contacts with the paint, it shall be wiped with diluent in time, and then washed with clean water. Diluent can be used to clean containers or tools, but the amount should not be too much, and it should be carried out in a ventilated place.

6、 Package specification:

Component A: 20kg/barrel, packed in iron barrel; Component B: 4kg/barrel, packed in iron drums.

7、 Storage life:

Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place with a shelf life of one year. The coating beyond the shelf life can only be used after passing the inspection.
