I. Overview :

Epoxy anti-rust and anti-corrosion primer is mainly composed of epoxy resin, special anti-corrosion and anti-rust pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc. In order to form a continuous and tight coating and close contact with the metal steel structure substrate, epoxy anti-rust and anti-corrosion primer not only has good anti-corrosion performance, but also strong adhesion, and has good adhesion with the steel structure fluorocarbon topcoat. The paint film is tough, excellent acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, salt resistance, chemical gas corrosion resistance, and is used as an anti-corrosion general primer for steel structure pipelines.

II. Uses:

It is mainly used as steel structure pipelines, large offshore platforms, wind power towers, oil pipelines, grain silos, steel structure metal substrates, etc., and has a high protection effect.

4. Construction instructions:

1. The surface of the steel structure substrate should be cleaned up after degreasing and dusting, rust removal and other debris before construction, and different rust removal standards can be reached according to the use environment.

2. Stir the component A fully to make the upper and lower layers of paint uniform and consistent, without any sediment or agglomeration.

3. Mix component A and component B according to the ratio indicated on the packaging barrel, and pour component B into component A under stirring, and then stir the two components fully and evenly. Adjust the viscosity and dilute the paint to the working viscosity with a special thinner.

4. The bottom layer is generally coated 1~2 times, and the thickness of each brushing must reach more than 80-100μm, and it must be dried or cured in the previous pass, and then brushed again. The number of brushing passes and coating thickness should be determined according to the construction design requirements, and the substrate should be fully covered, and the total amount of brushing each pass is 0.15~0.25kg/㎡.

5. When the design requires the coating surface to be flat and smooth, the last coating should be smoothed to ensure that the outer surface is uniform and flat.

V. Storage:

1. The main paint and thin material should be sealed in a cool place for storage, fireproof, leakproof, sunscreen, high temperature, away from the fire source, the main paint and curing agent mixed must be used up within 4 hours, so as not to affect the effect.
2It cannot be mixed with other brands of paint for construction and use, otherwise adverse consequences or losses may occur. During construction, please do a good job of relevant labor protection, skin contact paint can be washed with washing powder and water, if you are uncomfortable, please seek medical help, construction waste material disposal, must comply with environmental protection requirements, do not discard at will.
