Description

1. Introduction

DB-3C acrylic plastic paint is a plastic paint with international level developed by our company by introducing foreign advanced technology. The paint has strong adhesion, good abrasion and alcohol resistance, bright colors and wide climate adaptability. PS, PC, HIPS and other plastic substrates are widely used.

2. Ingredients

Thermoplastic acrylic resins, pigments, additives, solvents, etc.

3. Performance

1. The coating film dries quickly, can be self-drying or drying, high hardness, strong adhesion, etc.;

2. Excellent appearance, good flatness, fine and uniform, and good recoatability;

3. Good alcohol resistance, cold and heat cycle can be below -40 ℃ without cracking;

4. The primer and topcoat have good compatibility, and the paint will peel off without medical treatment.

1. It can be used to spray the shells of various household appliances such as computers, mobile phones, shavers, cameras, TV sets, etc.;

8. Precautions

1. Paints and thinners should be sealed and stored in a cool place, protected from fire, leakage, sun protection, high temperature, and away from fire sources.

2. The storage period of paint is more than one year.

3. After the paint is opened, it should be fully stirred to prevent the pigment from sinking to the bottom and causing color difference.

4. If the surface of the workpiece has dust, particles, oil and other attachments, it will damage the appearance, so it should be wiped clean before spraying.

5. Due to different plastic substrates, it should be fully tested before spraying, so as not to affect the paint adhesion.
