Description

1. Introduction

DB-11M type is composed of silicone resin, special heat-resistant and anti-corrosion pigments, fillers, additives and other components, with excellent heat resistance, rust and corrosion resistance, and can withstand high temperatures above 800 ℃ (min 200 ℃ , 300 ℃, 600 ℃, 800 ℃ weather resistance), with 180 ℃ -220 ℃ / 30 minutes cross-linking curing, easy construction.

2. Scope of application

It is used for all kinds of high-temperature resistant equipment, pipes, chimneys, exhaust pipes, high-temperature hot gas furnaces, boilers, heating plates, etc., and all kinds of equipment that require high-temperature anti-corrosion on metal surfaces can be applied.

4. Construction reference

1. Before construction, the metal surface should be degreasing, derusting and dirt treatment to improve the adhesion of the coating film (preferably by sandblasting);

2. Construction ratio [5 kg of paint: 1 kg of curing agent: about 3 kg of thinner]

3. Xylene can be used as a diluent, preferably by air spraying, or brushing, but it is not easy to dry;

4. If precipitation is found during storage, it should be stirred evenly before use;

5. The gasoline resistance is poor, so attention should be paid to the construction.

5. Transportation and storage

1. The product should be waterproof and sun-proof during transportation to avoid collision, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department;

2. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, and isolate the fire source, away from the heat source;

6. Safety protection

The construction site should have good ventilation equipment, and operators should wear protective equipment such as glasses and gloves to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint.
