1.4 The debris on the surface of the steel structure should be cleaned, and the gaps at the connection should be filled with anticorrosive paint or other anticorrosive materials before construction. Construction anti-corrosion coatings should be carried out before indoor decoration and under conditions that will not be damaged by subsequent projects. During construction, parts and other objects that do not require anti-corrosion protection should be shielded and protected, and the newly applied coating should be protected from dirty liquid pollution and mechanical impact.
1.5 During the construction process and before the coating is dried and cured, the temperature should be maintained at 5 to 38 ° C, the relative humidity should not be greater than 90%, and the air should be circulated. When the wind speed is greater than 5m / s, or when there is condensation on the surface of the rainy day, it is not suitable for operation. Quality requirements

Article 2. Construction process of primer coating:
2.1 When the rust removal and anti-rust treatment on the surface of the steel substrate meets the requirements, dust and other debris can be removed before construction.

Article 3. Construction process of topcoat coating:

The spraying protection method, spraying number and coating thickness shall be determined according to the requirements of construction design.
3.6 The total thickness of the bottom surface of the coating is about 180μm, and the total amount of coating is: 0.3-0.5kg / ㎡.
3.7 During the construction process, the operator should use a thickness gauge to detect the thickness of the coating until the thickness specified by the design is met before spraying can be stopped. After spraying the coating, to ensure even and smooth.
3.7 When one of the following conditions occurs in the anti-corrosion coating, it should be re-sprayed:
3.7.1 When the coating is dry and hard to cure, if the bonding is not strong or powdered, empty, or falling off.
3.7.2 When the coating at the joints and corners of the steel structure or pipeline has obvious depressions.
3.7.3 When the coating surface has floating slurry or crack width greater than 1.0mm.
3.7.4 When the coating thickness is less than 85% of the design thickness, or the coating thickness is greater than 85% of the design thickness.
Article 4. Finished product protection 4.1 Steel structures or pipelines should be temporarily fenced and isolated after painting to prevent trample and damage to the coating. 4.2 After painting, if there is strong wind or rain within 4h, the steel components should be covered to prevent dust and moisture from adhering to the coating and affecting the adhesion of the coating. 4.3 When the painted steel structural parts or pipelines need to be transported, care should be taken to prevent bumps, dragging on the ground, and coating damage.
Article 5: Quality problems that should be paid attention to 5.1 The operating temperature of the coating should be between 5 and 38 ℃. When the weather temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the corresponding low-temperature coating material should be selected for application. 5.2 When the temperature is higher than 40 ℃, the coating operation should be stopped. When the temperature of the component exceeds 40 ° C, the application of paint on the surface of the steel will produce bubbles, which reduces the adhesion of the paint film. 5.3 When the air humidity is greater than 85%, or there is condensation on the surface of the component, the coating operation should not be carried out. 5.4 Before making steel members, the hidden parts of the members and the parts where the structural interlayer is difficult to remove rust should be removed in advance and painted in advance.
Article 6. Inspection and acceptance of coatings: 6.1 During and after surface coating construction, the painted workpieces shall be protected to prevent flying dust and other debris. 6.2 The processing inspection after painting should be the same color of the coating, bright and bright color, no wrinkle,

The surface of the processed steel should be free of welding slag, welding scars, dust, oil stains, water and burrs. 7.4 Inspection 7.4.1 The quality of repainting of components:
