Article 1: Steel Structure and Anti-corrosion Pipeline Construction Process
1.1 Anti-corrosion spray coating of steel structures shall be carried out by a professional construction team that has received training and is qualified. Safety technology and labor protection requirements during construction shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations.
1.2 When the steel structure or pipeline is installed in place, and the connecting hangers, walkways, pipe racks, and other related components are installed and accepted, fluorocarbon topcoat can then be constructed.
1.3 Before construction, the surface of the steel structure or pipeline shall be derusted, and rust prevention treatment shall be determined according to the requirements of use. Derusting and rust prevention treatment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering".
1.4 Debris on the surface of the steel structure shall be cleaned, and gaps at the joints shall be filled and leveled with anti-corrosion paint or other anti-corrosion materials before construction. construction anti-corrosion paint shall be carried out before interior decoration and under conditions where it will not be damaged by subsequent projects. During construction, parts and other objects that do not require anti-corrosion protection shall be shielded and protected. The newly constructed coating shall be protected from dirt and mechanical impact.
1.5 During construction and before the coating dries and cures, the temperature should be maintained at 5~38℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 90%. The air should be circulated. Work should not be carried out when the wind speed is greater than 5m/s, or in rainy weather and when there is condensation on the surface of the components. Quality Requirements
1.6 For two-component paints, they should be mixed on site according to the instructions; two-component paints should also be thoroughly mixed. After spraying or brushing, there should be no dripping or sagging.

Article 2: Primer Coating Construction Process:

2.7 When the design requires the coating surface to be smooth and flat, the last coat should be smoothed to ensure that the outer surface is uniform and flat.
Article 3 , Topcoat Construction Process:

3.2 When the bottom layer thickness meets the design requirements and is basically dry, the surface layer can be constructed.

3.4 The surface layer should be uniform in color and the joints should be flat.
3.5 Spraying or brushing should be completed in multiple coats, and the thickness of each coat should be 60-80 μ m ,The next coat must be sprayed after the previous coat is basically dry or cured. The spraying protection method, number of spraying coats, and coating thickness should be determined according to the construction design requirements.
3.6 The total thickness of the bottom surface of the coating is about 180μm, and the total paint consumption is: 0.3-0.5kg/㎡.
3.7 During construction, the operator should use a thickness gauge to check the coating thickness until it meets the design requirements before stopping spraying. The sprayed coating should be uniform and flat.
3.7 The anti-corrosion coating should be resprayed if any of the following conditions occur:
3.7 1. The coating is not well dried and cured, and is not firmly bonded or is powdery, hollow, or peeled.
3.7 2. There is obvious indentation in the coating at the joints or corners of the steel structure or pipe.
3.7 3. There is floating slurry on the coating surface or the crack width is greater than 1.0 mm.
3.7 4. The coating thickness is less than 85% of the design thickness, or the coating thickness is greater than 85% of the design thickness.
