I. Construction Process Flow

1.0 mm thick epoxy flooring paint Construction process:

Substrate grinding, clean clean 、 Crack repair → Apply epoxy primer 1 coat → Apply Epoxy mid-coat 1 coat → Apply Epoxy floor surface paint 1 coat ， Requires one coat of primer, mid-coat, and topcoat per day.

II. Construction Methods:

1. Substrate treatment:

A . Clean and inspect the substrate :After sweeping or vacuuming the substrate clean, check for cracks or voids. If found, deep cut and clean, then fill with epoxy mortar. Do not roughly hammer during cleaning to avoid loosening the adjacent base layer.

2. Primer Mixing ratio: Primer Component A: Primer Component B (1:1). Before application, stir Primer A and Primer B thoroughly and separately, then mix them according to the ratio, stirring for 3-5 minutes until fully blended. It can then be applied and must be used up within 60 minutes. 。

3. Topcoat Mixing ratio: Paint : Hardener (4:1). Before application, stir the paint thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until uniform, then mix with the hardener according to the ratio, stirring for 3-5 minutes until fully blended. It can then be applied and must be used up within 50 minutes.

4. The usable time of this product at 25℃ is approximately 30 minutes. Please determine the amount of material to be mixed each time based on the actual temperature during use and the construction progress. The mixed material must be used up at once, and any remaining A/B components must be sealed and stored.

5. . Site cleanup and maintenance, floor curing

A.   After the topcoat is completed, remove all construction materials and tools from the site, and strictly seal and protect the finished surface.

B. At least 72 hours later, people are allowed to walk on it. Do not bring in sand or other debris.

C. The paint film usually requires complete curing 7 days, during which other engineering construction, transportation, installation, etc., should be avoided.
