        Coating Installation Conditions and Process

1. Clean the workpiece: Before spraying, wipe the phosphated workpiece with S08 cleaning water to remove film forming agents and grease, keeping the surface dust-free and sweat-free.

2. Spray painting：

2.1 Paint dilution: Dilute the paint with thinner to 15 seconds (NK-4 cup)

【 Thinner Ratio ：Paint：Thinner =1： 0.8-1 (Weight ratio) 】

2.2 Paint filtration: The diluted then paint should be filtered with a 250-mesh filter before spraying.

2.3 Paint spraying conditions：

Spraying pressure： 4~7Kg

Spray gun nozzle diameter (mm)：1. 3~ 1.8

Distance between spray gun and workpiece (cm)：10~20

Construction temperature /humidity(℃/RH)：(20~30)/(70~80)

Coating thickness (μm)： 16 ± 2

Drying conditions: Baking temperature 150±5℃×30MIN。

3. The color and effect of the dry film after installation are based on the base material of the attached dry sample. Changes in coating thickness will affect the color and effect.

4. Ensure the installation environment is dust-free and well-ventilated. Avoid prolonged contact or inhalation. Do not pour paint into drains or sewers to avoid environmental pollution.
