T F -6800 Nano Diamond film is a solvent-free type with high hardness and high toughness coating self-drying coating agent , adhesion to various metal and non-metal substrates Grade 0, high gloss, high transparency, high fullness, extremely low viscosity, mainly used in electronics and electrical appliances, construction, medical, defense, industrial coatings and their anti-corrosion coatings , furniture surface , wooden floors, metal surfaces, automotive surface 、 coating etc. , when added to thermoplastic acrylic paint or thermosetting baking paint, it can increase paint hardness up to 6 H or more, This product has excellent adhesion, ultra-high hardness, and super toughness. T F -6800 Nano Diamond film is Composed of various ternary polymers with high branching degree combined . Its paint film has heat resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation, hydrophobicity , oil resistance, stain resistance, high gloss, super hardness and many other properties.

Heat resistance :
The siloxane bond ( Si-O-Si), which forms the main structure of the molecular configuration, due to its strong bonding energy and high thermal decomposition temperature, has excellent heat resistance. Usually at 250 high temperatures of degrees Celsius, almost no decomposition, aging, or discoloration occurs.
Electrical insulation :
It exhibits excellent electrical properties within a wide temperature range. Furthermore, even in high-temperature environments, the decrease in electrical insulation performance is minimal, and arc resistance is also good.
Weather resistance :
The degree of aging caused by ultraviolet rays is small, and weather resistance is good. The coating film not easily yellowing 、 chalking 、 gloss not easily disappearance, and other phenomena, allowing the coating film's properties to remain stable for a long time.
Hydrophobicity :
Based on the orientation of methyl groups in the molecule, the cured product's surface exhibits excellent hydrophobic effects.
High hardness :
Because it is composed of a highly branched ternary polymer, the structure of its cured product is similar to glass, thus it can be reformed into an inorganic surface.
Application process :
After the product primer is thoroughly dry, apply T-6800 Nano Diamond film evenly coated or sprayed on the product surface, ensuring that a uniform wet film layer is formed on the product surface, For self-drying coatings, it is best to place them under room temperature drying conditions for more than 24 hours before testing.
