Water-based nano-antibacterial and mildew-proof coatings can be used under harsh conditions and have a long anti-corrosion life. Medium anti-corrosion coatings can generally be used for more than 10 years in chemical atmospheric and marine environments, and for more than 5 years in acid, alkali, salt, and solvent media under certain temperature conditions. Thick film coating is an important characteristic of coatings. The dry film thickness of general anti-corrosion layers is around 100μm or 150μm, and the dry film thickness of medium anti-corrosion layers is above 200μm, ranging from 500μm to 1000μm.
Water-based nano-antibacterial and mildew-proof coating It successfully passed the 4000h salt spray test and 4000h damp heat test. This coating has weather resistance, aging resistance, radiation resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, high-temperature resistance (400~600°C), low-temperature resistance (-60°C), and stable conductivity. 1. Strong adhesion
Water-based nano-antibacterial and mildew-proof coatings have strong bonding force with coating gases, and the coating composition contains hydroxyl groups (-OH). Metal gases provide cations to form chemical bonds, and covalent bonds are achieved with the aid of coupling agents in the coating. Due to the spatial network structure, the metal, metal oxide nanomaterials, and rare earth oxides contained in the coating compounds form a dense interfacial transition layer, which contributes to the consistency of the comprehensive thermodynamic properties with the gas.
2. High efficiency and convenience
This anti-corrosion coating is easy to apply, effectively achieving room temperature magnetic curing for inorganic coatings. At an ambient temperature of 20°C and relative humidity below 85%, allowing for a surface dry time of 15 minutes and a through dry time of 2 hours can ensure efficient application, achieving excellent atomization and anti-aging properties. The coating is self-healing, still protecting against local scratches caused by external forces, protecting the coating from cutting and welding damage, and the weld seams of the coating do not affect welding quality.
3. Flexible application methods
Water-based nano-antibacterial and mildew-proof coatings can be used alone, or as a base coat for anti-corrosion coatings and organic coatings. Single-layer inorganic anti-corrosion coatings can be used in conjunction with epoxy, acrylic, and polyurethane coatings.
Excellent anti-corrosion performance: good adhesion, good anti-corrosion properties, and long service life.
Water-based nano-antibacterial and mildew-proof coating Excellent application performance: Like existing anti-corrosion coatings, it cures quickly at room temperature, is easy to apply, and can be operated by unskilled personnel (the main reason why anti-corrosion coatings in chlorinated rubber are widely used).
Water-based nano-antibacterial and mildew-proof coatings have excellent environmental performance: the solid content of traditional solvent-based anti-corrosion coatings is only 50% ~ 60%, while that of high-solid content heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings can reach 70% ~ 80%, or even 90% ~ 100%, reducing solvent use by nearly half and demonstrating good environmental performance.
