1. Construction process

1. Base surface treatment:

A. Cleaning and inspection of the substrate: After cleaning or vacuuming the substrate, inspect the substrate for cracks and empty shells. 2. Primer ratio: Primer A component: Primer B component (1:1), before construction, firstly stir primer A and primer B respectively, then mix them in proportion, and stir thoroughly for 3~5 Minutes, it can be constructed and needs to be used within 60 minutes.

3. The ratio of topcoat: paint: curing agent (4:1), before construction, fully stir the paint for 2~3 minutes, and then mix it with the curing agent according to the proportion, and fully stir for 3~5 minutes before construction. It needs to be used within 50 minutes.

4. The product can be used for about 30 minutes at 25°C. Please determine the amount of ingredients each time according to the actual temperature and construction progress. The prepared materials must be used up at one time, and the remaining A/B components Must be kept tightly sealed.

5. On-site cleaning and maintenance, floor maintenance

A. After finishing the topcoat, remove the relevant construction materials and tools from the site, and seal it tightly to protect the finished finish.

B. People are allowed to enter and walk after at least 72 hours. Sediment and other garbage items are not allowed.

C. It generally takes 7 days for the paint film to fully cure, during which other engineering construction, handling and installation should be avoided.
