Article 1. Construction technology of steel structure and anti-corrosion pipeline

1.1 The anti-corrosion spraying protection of steel structures should be constructed by a trained and qualified professional construction team. The requirements for safety technology and labor protection during construction shall be implemented in accordance with the current relevant regulations of the state.

1.2 When the steel structure or pipeline is installed in place, the suspenders, horse tracks, pipe frames and other related components connected to it are installed, and the acceptance is qualified, and the anti-corrosion coating and fluorocarbon topcoat can be applied.

1.3 Before construction, the surface of the steel structure or pipeline should be derusted, and the anti-rust treatment should be determined according to the use requirements. The rust removal and anti-rust treatment shall comply with the relevant regulations in the current "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering".

1.4 The sundries on the surface of the steel structure should be removed, and the gaps at the joints should be filled with anti-corrosion paint or other anti-corrosion materials before construction. The construction of anti-corrosion coating should be carried out before interior decoration and under the condition that it will not be damaged by subsequent works. During construction, the parts and other objects that do not need anti-corrosion protection should be shielded and protected, and the newly constructed coating should be protected from dirty liquid pollution and mechanical impact.

1.5 During the construction process and before the coating is dried and cured, the temperature should be kept at 5 ~ 38 ℃, the relative humidity should not be greater than 90%, and the air should be circulated. When the wind speed is greater than 5m/s, or there is condensation on the surface of the component in rainy days, it is not suitable for operation. Quality requirements 

1.6 The two-component coating should be prepared on site according to the instructions; the two-component coating should also be fully stirred. After spraying or brushing, there should be no running or sagging.

1.7 Professional construction to ensure construction quality and film thickness and film effect.

1.8 All the supporting products provided by our company are used.

1.9 Before construction, fully stir the paint components and mix them with the curing agent and thinner in proportion, and stir them evenly.

Article 2. Construction process of primer coating:

2.1 When the rust removal and anti-rust treatment on the surface of the steel substrate meets the requirements, and the dust and other sundries are removed, the construction can be carried out.

2.2 The construction ratio of the primer coating: [paint 5 kg: curing agent 1 kg: thinner 1 kg] about the ratio is good, the specific ratio should be determined according to the coating thickness and construction design requirements, 2.3 The bottom layer is generally painted 1 to 2 times , The thickness of each spraying must reach 60-80μm or more, and it must be sprayed again after the previous one is dried or cured. The spraying protection method, the number of spraying times and the coating thickness should be determined according to the construction design requirements.

2.4 Make sure that the coating is completely closed when spraying,

2.5 The bottom layer is generally painted 2 times, and the bottom layer should be completely covered. The total amount of paint is 0.2～0.4kg/㎡.

2.6 The operator should carry a thickness gauge to detect the thickness of the coating, and ensure that the spraying reaches the thickness specified in the design.

2.7 When the design requires the coating surface to be smooth and smooth, the last coating should be smoothed to ensure that the outer surface is even and smooth.

Article 3. Construction process of topcoat coating:

Article 4: The primer is brushed 1-2 times, the top coat is brushed once, the total thickness is about 180 microns, the dosage is about 0.2-0.4 kg/square for the bottom twice, and about 0.1-0.3 kg/square for the top coat.

3.1 The construction ratio of the topcoat coating: [5 kg of paint: 1 kg of curing agent: 1 kg of thinner] about the ratio is good, the specific ratio should be determined according to the coating thickness and construction design requirements.

3.2 When the thickness of the bottom layer meets the design requirements and is basically dry, the surface layer can be constructed.

3.3 The surface layer is generally painted once, and should fully cover the bottom layer. The total amount of paint is 0.1～0.3kg/㎡.

3.4 The surface layer should be uniform in color and smooth.

3.5 The spraying or brushing construction should be completed in different times. The thickness of each spraying or brushing should be 60-80μm. The spraying protection method, spraying times and coating thickness should be determined according to the construction design requirements.

3.6 The total thickness of the bottom surface of the coating is about 180μm, and the total amount of paint is: 0.3-0.5kg/㎡.

3.7 During the construction process, the operator should use a thickness gauge to detect the thickness of the coating, and stop spraying until the thickness specified by the design is met. After spraying, the coating should be uniform and smooth.

3.7 When the anti-corrosion coating has one of the following conditions, it should be re-sprayed:

3.7.1 When the coating is not well dried and cured, the bonding is not strong, or the coating is powdered, hollowed out, or peeled off.

3.7.2 When the coating at the joints and corners of steel structures or pipes has obvious depressions.

3.7.3 When there is laitance on the coating surface or the crack width is greater than 1.0mm.

3.7.4 When the coating thickness is less than 85% of the design specified thickness, or the coating thickness is greater than 85% of the design specified thickness.

Article 4. Finished product protection 4.1 After the steel structure parts or pipes are painted, they should be temporarily enclosed and isolated to prevent stepping on them and damage the coating. 4.2 After the steel components are painted, if there is strong wind or rain within 4 hours, they should be covered to prevent dust and moisture from sticking to the coating and affecting the adhesion of the coating. 4.3 When the painted steel structure parts or pipelines need to be transported, attention should be paid to prevent bumping, prevent dragging on the ground, and prevent the coating from being damaged.

Article 5. Quality issues that should be paid attention to 5.1 The temperature of the coating operation should be between 5 and 38°C. When the weather temperature is lower than 5°C, the corresponding low-temperature coating material should be used. 5.2 When the temperature is higher than 40℃, the coating operation should be stopped. When the temperature of the component exceeds 40°C, the paint on the steel surface will generate air bubbles and reduce the adhesion of the paint film. 5.3 When the air humidity is greater than 85%, or there is condensation on the surface of the component, it is not suitable to carry out the coating operation. 5.4 Before the production of steel components, the hidden parts of the components and the parts of the structural interlayer that are difficult to remove rust should be removed and painted in advance.

 Article 6. Coating inspection and acceptance: 6.1 During and after the construction of surface coating, the coated workpiece shall be protected to prevent flying dust and other sundries. 6.2 The treatment inspection after painting should be consistent with the color of the coating, bright and bright, without wrinkling,

No pimples. 6.3 Determination of coating film thickness, use a touch-type paint film thickness gauge to measure the paint film thickness. The paint film thickness gauge generally measures the thickness of 3 points and takes the average value.

Article 7. Quality standard: 7.1 The rust removal on the surface of the steel before painting shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current relevant national standards: the surface of the steel that has undergone chemical rust removal shall reveal the metallic color. The treated steel surface should be free of welding slag, welding scars, dust, oil, water and burrs. Inspection method: Check with a shovel and observe and check with the pictures specified in the current national standard "Steel Surface Corrosion Grade and Derusting Grade before Coating". 7.2 Misapplied or missed coating shall not be allowed, and the coating shall be free of peeling and rust. 7.3 Inspection method: observation and inspection. 7.3.1 The basic items should meet the following requirements: 7.3.2 Appearance quality of the painting project: Qualified: The painting should be uniform, without obvious wrinkles and air bubbles, and the adhesion is good. Excellent: The brushing should be uniform, the color should be consistent, there is no wrinkled skin, sagging and air bubbles, the adhesion is good, and the color separation line is clear and tidy.

7.4 Inspection 7.4.1 Quality of component touch-up paint:

Qualified: The touch-up paint film should be complete. Excellent: layered and brushed according to the coating process, the paint film is complete and the adhesion is good.

Number of inspections: 10% of the number of components of each type is randomly inspected, but no less than 3 pieces. Inspection method: observation and inspection. 7.4.2 The allowable deviation items and inspection methods of the dry paint film thickness of the painting project shall comply with the provisions in Table 5-26. The required thickness and allowable deviation of the dry paint film should comply with the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering". Number of inspections: 10% of the same type of components are randomly checked, but no less than 3 pieces. Each piece is measured at 5 locations, and the value at each location is the average of the dry paint film thickness of 3 measuring points about 50mm apart.
