TF-666 Special anti-cratering additive

1. Description:

This product is a special silicone type, with fast leveling, general smoothness, anti-shrinkage crater and anti-oil stain, and good compatibility. It can be used in metal baking paint, glass baking paint, two-component paint, self-drying wood paint, and various industrial coatings without affecting the gloss of the coating film. Especially for two-component coatings of acrylic/polyurethane series, it has excellent leveling and defoaming effects. TF-666 can also prevent the occurrence of crater【Creater】fish eye pinholes and other phenomena.

3. Scope of use:

所有油性系列皆适用，特别建议用于：

● One-component self-drying/two-component acrylic/polyurethane coating

● Two-component polyester resin/polyurethane coating

● Baking coatings such as polyester resin/amino resin

4. Usage and dosage:

TF-666 can be added during the manufacturing process of coatings and paints, and can also be added after the manufacturing process of coatings and paints. The added amount is 0.2-1% by weight to the total amount.

1. When the temperature is lower than 18°C, the product will be turbid until it solidifies (caused by the structure of the product itself). It needs to be heated and dissolved before use. Repeated solidification and reheating will not affect the use effect; for the convenience of use.

2. Storage and validity period: Store unopened at room temperature, and the product is valid for 24 months. Non-flammable, shipped as conventional chemicals.
