    Use brushing, rolling or spraying methods. The mixed paint should be used within 6 hours to prevent gelation

    Operating temperature

    In between 5~35℃, if the temperature is below 5℃, a low-temperature curing agent should be used

    Mixing:

    If the mixed paint is too viscous, an epoxy thinner can be used to adjust it to the appropriate application viscosity.

    2. Material Selection : Select water-based epoxy anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint that meets the requirements, check the product's production date, expiration date, and other information to ensure product quality.

    3. Equipment and Personnel Requirements: Prepare the necessary tools for construction, such as spray guns, stirrers, and thinners. Construction personnel should be familiar with the paint properties and construction methods to ensure construction quality.

    Precautions during Construction

    1. Environmental Requirements : The ambient temperature during the construction of water-based epoxy anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint should be controlled between 5-35℃, and the humidity should not exceed 85%.

    2. Coating Interval : Determine the appropriate coating interval based on the type of paint and substrate conditions to avoid problems such as biting and sagging between coatings.

    3. Stir Well: Before use, the paint should be thoroughly stirred to avoid sedimentation and layering.

    Construction Methods and Steps

    1. Primer Coating: After thoroughly mixing the primer, apply it to corners and edges first using a spray gun, following the principle of difficult areas first, then use a brush or roller to evenly coat larger areas. After the primer is applied, check whether the coating is uniform and there are no omissions.

    2. Intermediate Coat Application: After the primer has dried, apply the intermediate coat. The application method for the intermediate coat is the same as for the primer, paying attention to maintaining the uniformity of the coating thickness.
