    V. Construction Process and Steps:

    Preparation Before Construction:

    1. Environmental Requirements: Ensure the construction environment is clean, dry, well-ventilated, and at a suitable temperature. Avoid working in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, or strong wind. The ambient temperature during construction should be controlled between 5-35 ℃, and humidity should not exceed 85%

    2. Substrate Treatment: Select appropriate treatment methods based on the substrate material and surface condition, such as sanding, rust removal, cleaning, etc., to ensure the substrate surface is flat, free of oil stains, and dust-free.

    3. Coating Interval: Determine appropriate coating intervals based on the coating type and substrate condition to avoid issues like lifting or sagging between coats.

    4. Stir Evenly: Before use, the paint should be thoroughly stirred to avoid sedimentation, stratification, and other phenomena.

    5. Preparation of Construction Tools: Prepare necessary tools such as spray guns, rollers, and brushes, ensuring they are clean and free of oil stains.

    Paint Preparation:

    1. Inspect Paint: Check if the packaging of the waterborne polyurethane topcoat is intact, without damage or leakage, and confirm information such as paint model, color, and production date.

    2. Dilute Paint: According to construction needs, mix the waterborne polyurethane topcoat evenly with the thinner according to the specified dilution ratio. Be careful to avoid excessive thinner which can lead to paint sagging, poor drying, and other problems.

      Primer Application: After stirring the primer evenly, follow the principle of difficult-to-easy: first use a spray gun to coat corners and edges, then use a brush or roller to uniformly coat large areas. After the primer application is complete, check if the coating is uniform and without missed spots.

      Intermediate Coat Application: After the primer is dry, apply the intermediate coat. The method for applying the intermediate coat is the same as for the primer, paying attention to maintaining uniform coating thickness.

      Topcoat Application: After the intermediate coat is dry, apply the topcoat. The topcoat application should ensure the coating is smooth, flat, free of bubbles, sagging, and other defects.

     

    Construction Quality Inspection and Acceptance:

    1. Appearance Inspection: Check if the coating surface is flat, smooth, free of bubbles, sagging, missed spots, and other defects.

    2. Thickness Measurement: Use a coating thickness gauge to measure the coating thickness, ensuring it meets construction requirements.

    3. Gloss Measurement: Use a gloss meter to measure the coating gloss, ensuring it meets design requirements.

    4. Hardness Measurement: Use a hardness tester to measure the coating hardness, ensuring it meets usage requirements.

     

    VI. Storage and Safety Protection

    Storage Instructions and Precautions:

    1. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

    2. Keep packaging containers sealed to prevent moisture and impurities from entering.

    3. Use the product as soon as possible after opening to avoid prolonged exposure to air.

    4. Keep away from fire, no smoking.

    Safety Measures and Environmental Protection Requirements:

    1. During construction, wear protective clothing, gloves, and glasses to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.

    2. Ensure good ventilation in the construction environment to avoid prolonged inhalation of paint volatile substances.

    3. After construction, dispose of waste paint and packaging containers properly, in accordance with local environmental protection requirements.
