TF-880 Nano Varnish Product Description
TF-880 Nano Varnish is a kind of solvent-free self-drying coating agent with high hardness and high toughness. , Very low viscosity, mainly used in electronic appliances, construction, medical, national defense, industrial coatings and their anticorrosion, furniture, wooden floors, metal surface protection, automotive crystal, coating and other industries. Compared with similar foreign products, this product has excellent adhesion, ultra-high hardness and super toughness.
T-880 Nano Varnish refers to those resins composed of terpolymers with a high degree of branching and having a hard coating. The film has various properties such as heat resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation, and hydrophobicity.

Heat resistance:

Electrical Insulation:
Excellent electrical characteristics over a wide temperature range. In addition, even in a high temperature environment, the electrical insulation performance is reduced very little, and the arc resistance is also good.
Weather resistance:
The degree of aging caused by ultraviolet rays is small, and the weather resistance is good. The phenomenon of yellowing, chalking, and gloss disappearance of the coating film is slight, and the characteristics of the coating film can be kept stable for a long time.
Hydrophobicity:
Based on the orientation of methyl groups in the molecule, it can make the surface of the hardened object have an excellent hydrophobic effect.
High hardness:
Because it is composed of a terpolymer with a high degree of branching, the structure of the hardened product is similar to that of glass, so it can be reformed into an inorganic surface.
Application process:
① After the product primer is dry, apply or spray the T-880 nano-varnish evenly on the product surface, subject to the film layer forming a uniform and moist film layer on the product surface.
② The self-drying coating should be placed under dry conditions at room temperature for more than 24 hours before testing.
