I. Product Introduction:
High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive paint/anti-corrosion coating is formed by polymerization reaction using high chlorinated polyethylene (HCPE) resin as anti-corrosion base, physical processing, with advanced anti-corrosion pigments, solvents, anti-rust pigments, fillers and additives. Products can be divided into two categories: primer and topcoat.
Second, performance characteristics:
High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive paint is a one-component anticorrosive paint,The film-forming substance of this product is chemically inert, flame retardant and has good sealing properties. It has good resistance to atmosphere, water and petroleum, excellent outdoor weather resistance, tough coating film, good temperature resistance, mildew prevention, strong adhesion, rapid drying, one-component packaging, no need to temporarily deploy at the construction site. It is convenient to maintain, and there is a miscibility between the old and new coatings, so it is not necessary to remove the firm coating film during maintenance. Long storage period, no crusting, no agglomeration.

IV. Product Usage:
This product is suitable for the protection of ships, ports, railway facilities, offshore oil production platforms, highway bridges, petroleum, chemical industry, smelting, steel equipment, containers, pipelines, wood surfaces and concrete surfaces, and plant structures. It is protected from the erosion of corrosive media such as atmosphere, seawater, acids, alkalis, salts, oils, chemical gases, etc.
4. Construction requirements and storage:
1. This coating is a one-component product, which can be used after opening the barrel and stirring evenly.
2. It can be constructed at a fairly wide ambient temperature of -15 °C ~ 50 °C.
3. The paint film dries quickly, and can be sprayed, brushed and dipped.
4. Coating interval 24 hours after the first primer is applied, apply the second primer or other intermediate coat and topcoat. The interval between subsequent coating is 6 hours (30°C) and 8 hours (20°C))or 24 hours (0°C)
5. The paint should be fully stirred before use, and must be used up within 4 hours after mixing with the curing agent to avoid affecting the effect.
6. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, and isolate the fire source and keep away from the heat source;
7. Operators should wear safety masks and gloves to avoid contact with skin or eyes, and wash with clean water if accidentally touched.
