I. Product Introduction:
Aliphatic polyurethane coatings are two-component self-drying coatings composed of aliphatic isocyanate components and high-grade acrylic resins, pigments, additives and solvents.

V. Product Usage:
It is used for indoor and outdoor paint coating of all kinds of traffic vehicles, construction machinery, mechanical equipment, petrochemical equipment, wood surface coating, various tank walls, heavy steel structures, port machinery, railway and road transportation vehicles, bridges, ships, etc.
1. Apply paint
Various colors of polyurethane anti-rust primer, epoxy ester primer, various colors of polyurethane intermediate layer paint, zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust primer, cloud iron epoxy intermediate coat.
2. Surface treatment:
The painted base surface should be firm and clean, free of oil, dust and other dirt, the coating base surface has no acid, alkali or moisture condensation, and the polyurethane topcoat that has been cured for a long time can be coated after sandpaper is applied to the top coat.
3. Coating method:
Airless spraying: diluent: polyurethane thinner
Dilution rate: 0~15% (by paint weight)
Nozzle diameter: about 0.4~0.5mm
Injection pressure: 15~20Mpa
Air spraying: diluent: polyurethane thinner
Dilution rate: 20~50% (by paint weight)
Nozzle diameter: about 1.8~2.5mm
Injection pressure: 0.3~0.5Mpa
Roller/brush coating: Diluent: polyurethane thinner
Dilution rate: 0~20% (by paint weight)
Storage period:
Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place with paint for one year.
VI. Notes:
1. Read the instructions for use before construction;
2. Before use, adjust the ratio of paint and curing agent according to the requirements, use as much as you want, stir evenly and use it within 8 hours;
3. Keep the construction process dry and clean, and it is strictly forbidden to contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.; After painting, the curing agent packaging barrel must be tightly covered to avoid gelding;
4. During construction and drying, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%, and this product shall be delivered for use after 7 days after painting.
