    I. Product Introduction:

    The epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint is a two-component paint. It is mainly formulated from epoxy resin, mica iron oxide, anti-rust pigment, organic solvent, additives, etc.

    4. Scope of application

    It can be used as the middle layer of high-performance anti-rust primer, such as epoxy iron red primer, epoxy zinc-rich primer, low surface treatment zinc-containing primer, inorganic zinc primer, etc., to protect the primer film and enhance the protective performance of the entire coating. It can also be used as a primer. Application areas

    Coating of large steel structures, bridges, petrochemicals, power plants, concrete, engineering machinery, coastal facilities, drilling platforms and other fields. Generally, the general ordinary, industrial atmospheric environment, marine climate is more than 5 years, and the harsher corrosive environment needs to be considered.

    5. Construction support

    Diluent: special diluent for epoxy paint.

    Front supporting coatings: epoxy iron red primer, epoxy zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc silicate primer, low surface treatment zinc-containing primer, epoxy primer, inorganic zinc-rich primer , etc

    Back-end supporting coatings: chlorinated rubber topcoat, epoxy topcoat, epoxy asphalt topcoat, alkyd topcoat, polyurethane topcoat, fluorocarbon topcoat, polysiloxane topcoat, etc

    6. Coating temperature

    Rain, fog, humid weather, temperature below 5 °C is not suitable for construction. When the temperature is lower than 5 °C, the epoxy resin reacts slowly with the curing agent, so it is not suitable for construction.

     

     VII. Precautions

    The paint should be thoroughly stirred before use, and must be used within 4 hours after mixing with the curing agent to avoid affecting the effect.

    8. Storage and security protection

    1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, and isolate the fire source and keep away from the heat source;

    2. Operators should wear safety masks and gloves to avoid contact with skin or eyes, and wash with clean water if accidentally contacted.
