I. Introduction
Epoxy zinc-rich primer is mainly composed of epoxy resin, zinc powder, anti-rust pigment, filler, additives, solvents, etc., epoxy zinc-rich primer is epoxy resin, epoxy resin as the main film-forming substance of a type of coating, with excellent adhesion and chemical corrosion resistance, good alkali resistance, hard coating;It is the most important anti-corrosion paint product, mainly used for corrosion resistant coating, epoxy zinc-rich primer is usually used as a primer for anti-corrosion paint.

It has excellent adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, good rust resistance, good salt spray resistance, strong adhesion, acid resistance, excellent alkali resistance, oil resistance, and can comprehensively improve the anti-corrosion performance and service life of steel structure substrate.
3. Introduction of characteristics
This product is a two-component epoxy coating product, with strong adhesion, tough paint film, excellent alkali resistance, oil resistance, salt spray resistance, chemical gas corrosion resistance, as steel, non-ferrous metal anti-corrosion or anti-rust primer.
5. Scope of application
Machinery and equipment, petrochemical equipment, all kinds of tank walls, heavy steel structures, port machinery, railway and road transport vehicles, bridges, ships.

7. Proportion of epoxy anti-corrosion primer: 9 kg (oil): 1 kg (solid): 3 kg (thin).
Brush or spray epoxy zinc-rich primer one to two times: after the prepared epoxy anti-corrosion primer is fully stirred evenly, it is mixed with epoxy curing agent and diluent in proportion, and fully stirred for 1~2 minutes

VII. Precautions
The paint should be thoroughly stirred before use, and must be used within 4 hours after mixing with the curing agent to avoid affecting the effect.
8. Storage and safety protection
1. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, and isolate the fire source and keep away from the heat source;
2. Operators should wear safety masks and gloves to avoid contact with skin or eyes, and wash with clean water if accidentally contacted.
