1. Product introduction

This product is mainly composed of epoxy resin, ceramic resin, anti-rust pigment, filler, additives, solvents, etc., the coating is hard, wear-resistant, rust-proof and waterproof, salt spray resistant. This product is a two-component amine-cured epoxy ceramic waterproof coating, which can be applied by heating spraying, room temperature spraying, brushing, roller coating and other methods.

1. Suitable for mechanical spraying, can be thickly coated at one time, dense coating, no pinholes, saving materials, time, labor, and reducing costs, which is the direction of the development of the coating industry. The thick slurry type contains a small amount of solvent and the solid content is ≥ 85%, which is suitable for manual construction.

2. The coating is hard, tough, water-resistant, wear-resistant, chemical-resistant to corrosion, excellent anti-corrosion performance, and is the best internal anti-corrosion material.

3. It can be heated or coated at room temperature, cured at room temperature, and the construction method is simple and easy.

3. Scope of application

1. Due to the hard coating and low wear coefficient, it is suitable for the inner coating of steel pipes, cast iron pipes and concrete pipes, which can reduce wear resistance and increase the throughput.

2. Due to good wear resistance, it is suitable for coating the inner wall of pipelines containing solid particles of slurry water, sewage, rainwater and river water, which can extend the service life of pipelines.

3. High mechanical strength and large adhesion, suitable for internal and external anti-corrosion of steel storage tanks, concrete, cool water towers, sewage plants, wharves and other equipment.

5. Construction instructions

1. Mixing ratio: material A: material B = 5:1 (weight ratio).

2. Construction method: spraying or brushing (a small amount of solvent can be added).

3. Use period after mixing: with the increase of paint temperature, the use period is shortened.

1. Use the epoxy ceramic coatings, thinners, epoxy putty and epoxy repair materials supplied by the company.

2. When storing or transporting, the iron drum should be placed upright, away from the fire source, and avoid sun exposure.

3. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated, adjacent to a non-fire warehouse, and have a shelf life of one year in the original container.
